Who we are

Key Numbers is operated by Elite Development Group ("we," "us"). These terms cover the Key Numbers website and app at keynumbers.app, including agent pages, shared reports and paid subscriptions. By creating a page or subscribing, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Your account

• Key Numbers is for real estate agents and the lenders they work with. You must be at least 18.
• Give us a working phone number and email address and keep them current. That's where we send trial and billing notices.
• Your page is reached through a private manage link. Keep it to yourself. Anyone with that link can use your account. If you lose it or think someone else has it, contact us and we'll issue a new one.
• One person per account. Don't share an account across a team.

Free trial

New agents get a free trial with everything unlocked: 7 days, or 14 days if you signed up through another agent's referral link. We may extend a trial at our discretion. You can add a card during the trial. If you do, nothing is charged until the trial ends. If you don't subscribe by the end of the trial, sharing and alerts pause, but your page, settings and contacts stay saved.

Billing and renewal

• Plans are $14.99 per month or $149 per year, plus any tax that applies. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay payments are processed by Stripe. PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year and charges the payment method on file, until you cancel.
• If a payment fails, we and our payment processor may retry it and let you know so you can update your card. If it still can't be collected, sharing and alerts pause until it's paid.
• We may change prices for future periods. We'll tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, and you can cancel before it does.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime:

• Card subscriptions: in the app, open Subscription → Manage billing → Cancel.
• PayPal subscriptions: in your PayPal account under Automatic payments.
• Deleting your account in Settings also cancels your subscription.

When you cancel, you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Refunds

Because you can try everything free before paying and can cancel anytime, payments are not refunded for partial months or years, including unused time on a yearly plan. We will refund a charge when the law requires it, when we charged you in error, or at our discretion. To ask, email support@keynumbers.app within 30 days of the charge. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. We can usually fix billing problems quickly.

The numbers are estimates

Payments, affordability, closing costs, seller net sheets, rent-versus-sell figures, tax notes and every other number in Key Numbers are estimates based on the inputs you enter and general assumptions. Rates, taxes, insurance, HOA dues, fees and loan rules vary. Key Numbers is not a lender and does not make loan offers, approve anyone for a loan, appraise property, or give financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Actual figures come from the lender, title or closing company, tax authorities and other professionals. You're responsible for checking the numbers before anyone relies on them, and for any disclaimers your brokerage or state requires.

Your clients and contacts

• You control the contacts, notes and reports in your account, and you're responsible for them.
• Only text, call or email people who have given you permission to contact them, and follow the laws that apply to you, including telemarketing, texting and fair housing rules.
• Reports you send show your name, photo, contact details and lender. Make sure that information is accurate and that you're allowed to share it.

Lenders

Lenders shown on your page and reports are chosen by you. Key Numbers doesn't recommend, endorse or vet them, and we don't receive payment from lenders for being listed. Any referral relationship between you and a lender is between you and that lender, and you're responsible for following the rules that apply to it, including RESPA.

AI suggestions

Some features use AI to suggest follow-up messages and insights. Suggestions can be wrong or incomplete. Review and edit anything before you send it. You're responsible for what you send.

Acceptable use

Don't use Key Numbers to:

• send spam or contact people without their permission;
• mislead anyone, impersonate someone, or misstate your license or brokerage;
• break the law, including fair housing and consumer protection laws;
• try to break into, overload, copy or resell the service, or get around the trial or billing.

Your content and ours

You keep ownership of what you add, such as your photo, logo, contacts and notes. You give us permission to store and display it only as needed to run Key Numbers for you, for example showing your photo on reports you send. Key Numbers itself, including its design, code, name and logo, belongs to us. You can use the app as provided, but not copy it.

Referrals and affiliates

Commissions for sharing your referral link are covered by the affiliate program terms, which are part of these terms.

Ending an account

You can delete your account anytime in Settings. That removes your page, contacts, activity and reports, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, isn't paid, or puts other users or the service at risk. Where it's reasonable, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Disclaimers and limits

Key Numbers is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep it accurate and running, but we don't promise it will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost deals, commissions or profits. Our total liability for any claim about Key Numbers is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow certain limits, so some of these may not apply to you.

Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we'll try to resolve it. Any dispute that can't be resolved informally will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Key Numbers after that means you accept the updated terms.
